how do you set up a conference call where you have to dial a code to be connected to the call?

is there a special phone service or something? this is just for a regular telephone conference call for about 5 people– no computer presentation is required.

If your company doesn’t already have a conferencing service set up (usually handled by the telecom or IT departments), then you can use an external service. I know at my company we use ACT Conferencing (http://www.actconferencing.com/). Sorry, I don’t know how much it costs as the company I’m at pays them directly.

I would use http://www.accuconference.com/ They have you set up an account online first then they will e-mail you your codes to use and when you get your code you will give them to the people you want on the call. Then you all would call the toll-free number then push in the code at the set conference time. If you don’t want to set up the account by yourself or you are having trouble then you can call 1-800-977-4607 and they will help you with your questions and help setting it up. I have been using them for a long time and im very impressed with there service.

I use free conference call .com (www.freeconferencecall.com) you don’t have to pay for it and you can record the call. Good luck.
