How can I advertise an international alternative therapies conference free of charge?

I am the conference organizer for the International Conference of Alternative Therapies. The conference will be held in Seoul, South Korea in August 2008. Where can I advertise this conference for free, and how can I get the most registrants possible? Thanks.
