World powers are preparing to meet in London to discuss ways to strengthen Yemen’s government in the face of a rising threat posed by al-Qaeda’s regional affiliate.
The one-day conference on Wednesday brings together representatives from 21 nations for talks on addressing Yemen’s security situation and bolstering its faltering economy.
